Size: 8-15 cm high

Date: Middle Bronze Age (c. 2000-1600 BC) Late Bronze Age (c. 1600-1200 BC)

Particularly common in the 2nd millennium BC are clay plaques made from molds and depicting a wide range of scenes in relief, including standing deities, musicians, animals, and mythological, ritual, and erotic images. Decorated on only one side, most are small enough to be easily held in the hand.
